The main goal of this tool is to get information of the active nodes in network within shortest quantum of time, it may be thousands of nodes in networks - you may be sure, not less than in 5 seconds you'll know which is online/offline. Minimal quantum of time is 5 secs. Written in C, it implements RFC 862. The only limitation is - it works with C class networks. This tool works in industrial environment with SCADA system and detects network or host failures.
